1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All payments made are strictly non-refundable.

2. Minimum Passenger Requirement
   A minimum number of passengers must be met for the trip to proceed. If this number is not reached, the trip may be cancelled.

3. Trip Cancellation
   In the unlikely event that a day trip needs to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances, 1–2 weeks’ notice will be given where possible.
